Packaging: Our custom packaging solutions are tailored to your unique requirements. Turnaround times may vary depending on the specifics of your order. Details regarding estimated delivery times will be provided to you on the product detail page upon placing your order.
Design Services: Our design services encompass a range of offerings including digital deliverables and consultation. Delivery times for these services are dependent on the scope of work and will be communicated to you via a proposal after your initial inquiry.
Supplies: For items marked as "in-stock," orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We utilize standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, as well as various freight carriers for larger orders. Some items may be labeled as "special order" or "made to order," and specific details will be outlined on the product detail page.
Shipping Address Modification: Should you need to change your shipping address after placing an order but before it has been shipped, please note that this change is subject to a modification fee.
Order Cut-Off Times: For orders requiring same-day, next-day, or 2nd-day shipping, please ensure your order is placed by 1:00pm PST to meet the cut-off time.
Will Call Orders: After placing a will call order, you will receive an email notification within one (1) hour once your order is ready for pick-up. You have five (5) days to retrieve your order from our facility, and you do not need to pick it up on the same day it's ready. If you do not pick up your order within the specified timeframe, it will be returned to inventory, and you will be notified accordingly.
Out of Stock Items for Will Call Orders: In the event that one or more items in your will call order are out of stock, our customer service team will promptly notify you. You will have the option to proceed with the available items or receive a refund for the out-of-stock items. If you choose to proceed with the available items, please ensure to retrieve your order within five (5) days from our facility.
